Language Assistance Programs
Our language assistance programs provide support to Eritrean immigrants and refugees by helping them overcome language barriers that could be stopping them from communicating properly with their peers. Through language classes, translation services, and cultural orientation, we show individuals how to communicate effectively in their new environment, access vital resources, and pursue educational and employment opportunities. Our programs allow for smoother transitions and social inclusion, as well as for Eritrean newcomers to build a foundation for a successful and fulfilling life in a new country.
Educational Outreach
ERRA helps Eritrean refugees improve their education. Recently, through a successful fundraiser, we were able to distribute backpacks filled with school supplies to Eritrean children. By addressing these basic educational needs, we empower these children to be able to attend and learn in school, ultimately helping them build a brighter future. Our ongoing efforts aim to create an environment that allows for Eritrean refugees to have many opportunities allowing for them to better their future.
Rehabilitation Programs
Our rehabilitation services focus on restoring livelihoods and helping refugees rebuild their communities with sustainable resources. We provide support to empower Eritrean refugees with the skills needed to secure stable employment. Additionally, we provide essential products, such as food and water, to those in need. Our approach emphasizes environmental sustainability to ensure that resources are preserved for future generations. Through these efforts, we aim to create self-sufficient communities where refugees can thrive and rebuild their lives with dignity.
